StamenaPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what the Stamena app collects, why, where it goes, and the choices you have. You must be 18 or older to use Stamena.
Who we are
Stamena is run by Drawdown Brands LLC, 1234 Windsor Rd, Cardiff By The Sea, CA 92007-1345, United States, registered in the United States. Contact us at stamena.info@gmail.com.
Health and sexual health information
Stamena is about pelvic health, so some of what you tell us is sensitive. The Welcome screen tells you that continuing lets us save your quiz answers and goal to your account and use them to improve Stamena. Tap "Manage" to turn this off before you continue, and they stay on your phone. We never sell your information, and we never use health information for advertising.

Companies that receive data
- Google Firebase: sign-in, database, crash reports, and notifications
- OpenAI: AI Coach messages, only after you agree
- Vercel: hosts this website and passes AI Coach messages to OpenAI
- Upstash: a count of your AI Coach messages per day, linked to your user ID and kept for 2 days
- Mixpanel: app analytics
- Meta: install and purchase measurement. It receives no quiz answers
- RevenueCat: subscription status
- Apple: payments and your iCloud backup
- Slack: problem reports you send to our team
These companies handle data for us under their own terms and must protect it to a standard at least equal to this policy. Some are in the United States, so your data may be processed outside your country.
AI Coach
AI Coach is powered by OpenAI. What you type is sent to OpenAI, through our server on Vercel, so it can reply. Please don't share your name or details that identify you. AI can make mistakes and isn't medical advice. You can turn AI Coach off in Settings, under Privacy.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while you have an account. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, journals, reports, and login, and ask RevenueCat and Mixpanel to delete your records. If you used Community in an earlier version, email us and we'll remove your posts and comments. Copies in backups and in Slack may last for a limited time.
Your choices
- Withdraw consent: Settings, Privacy. Turning a switch off takes effect immediately
- Tracking: iPhone Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking
- Delete your account: in the app, under Edit Profile. Deleting doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel it in your Apple Account settings too
If you choose not to share and later reinstall the app, your journal and goal can't be restored, because they were only on your phone.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, and several US states, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, to object to or limit its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email stamena.info@gmail.com, and we'll reply within 30 days. We don't sell personal information.
Age
Stamena is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app if the change is important.
