These terms are between you and Drawdown Brands LLC, 1234 Windsor Rd, Cardiff By The Sea, CA 92007-1345, United States. By using Stamena, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older.
Apple's standard terms
If you got Stamena from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms add to it. If they conflict, Apple's agreement takes priority.
Not medical advice
Stamena is a training app, not medical treatment. It doesn't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting if you have pain, recent surgery, an infection, or trouble passing urine. See a doctor about erection problems, especially new ones. Don't stop any medication because of this app. Stop training if you feel pain. Results vary.
AI Coach
AI Coach gives automated answers that can be wrong. It isn't a doctor and isn't medical advice. Don't rely on it for health decisions.
Subscriptions
- Stamena Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple Account
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends
- Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it
- Any free trial ends when you buy a subscription, and any unused trial time is lost
- Apple handles refunds. See Support
Your account
You're responsible for what you do in the app. Don't misuse it, try to get around payments, or interfere with it.
Our content
The app and its content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Stamena is provided as is, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Changes and contact
